Maintenance Emergencies
If there is immediate danger, call 911.
For any life-threatening situation, fire, or suspected gas leak, contact emergency services immediately at 911. If you suspect a gas leak, leave the property first and then call 911 and your gas utility provider from a safe location. Do not submit an online maintenance request for these situations.
For urgent but non-life-threatening maintenance issues, submit a maintenance request and email management at info@mandalandre.com.
